Are your products original?
We focus on original, quality-focused products. If you want to confirm the brand, model or warranty terms of a specific item, just ask and we will share the details before you buy.
How do I know what size inverter I need?
It depends on the appliances you want to run, including start-up loads for ACs and motors. Use our load calculator for a quick estimate, then request a quote and we will confirm a suitable size. Open the load calculator.
Can you help me choose between battery options?
Yes. We look at your inverter, how many hours of backup you need and your budget, then discuss compatible lithium battery options.
Do you show prices on the website?
Where a price has been confirmed it is shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); otherwise the product shows "Price on Request". Prices and stock change often, so we always confirm the final price, availability, delivery charges and payment method with you before you pay.
How does ordering work?
Add products to your cart and submit an order inquiry (or send it by WhatsApp). You do not pay online. We contact you to confirm price, availability, delivery and payment method.
Do you offer delivery or installation?
Delivery and installation requirements are confirmed on a per-order basis. Tell us what you need and we will let you know what is possible before you commit.
What about warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. We explain the terms that apply to the product you choose before you place an order.
