Before you order
Because prices, stock and warranty terms differ by product and manufacturer, we confirm the return and warranty terms that apply to your items in your quotation, before you confirm your order.
Checking your order
Please check your products when you receive them. If an item is damaged, incorrect or not working, contact us as soon as possible with your inquiry reference number, the product details and photos where helpful.
Warranty
Warranty is provided according to the product and manufacturer terms confirmed at the time of your order. Keep your invoice and warranty documents. Warranty usually does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised repair, or unsuitable electrical conditions.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled case by case, depending on the product, its condition and the terms confirmed in your quotation. Special-order items may have different conditions. Contact us and we will explain the available options.
