How orders work
Our website is an inquiry-based store. When you submit an order inquiry, we contact you to confirm the final price, availability, delivery charges and payment method. Nothing is charged online.
Delivery areas and charges
We deliver from Lahore. Delivery availability, the delivery method, any delivery charges and the expected time depend on the products, quantity and your location, and are confirmed with you in your quotation before you confirm the order.
Large and fragile items
Solar panels, inverters, batteries and similar equipment are heavy or fragile. Please check the items on delivery and tell us immediately about any visible damage so we can help resolve it.
Installation
Installation requirements are confirmed on a per-order basis. Tell us what you need when you submit your inquiry.
