Who we are

Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to send us when you submit a quote or order inquiry (cart checkout or contact form): your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, optional email, city, optional delivery address, the products and quantities you selected and any notes. Inquiries are stored in our database and emailed to our team so we can reply. If you message us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you send.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, confirm availability, delivery and payment details, and support you after a purchase. We do not sell your personal information. This website does not take online payments.
Analytics and cookies
We measure how the website is used so we can improve it. Our own lightweight statistics record page views and key actions (such as clicking WhatsApp or adding a product to the quote cart) using a daily anonymous identifier derived from technical information; we do not store your IP address with these statistics and they do not use cookies. If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is enabled on the site, Google may set cookies and process technical information such as your IP address, device and the pages you visit, under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Your quote cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it is remembered between visits.
Third-party services
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may show an embedded Google Map on the contact page; those services may receive technical information such as your IP address when they load. Inquiry emails are delivered through our email provider.
Keeping your information
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond, support any purchase and meet our business record-keeping needs. Access to inquiry data is limited to authorised Punjab Electric staff through a password-protected admin area.

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
